We’ve put together a list of Music (Food) City’s top notch burgers you MUST try. It wasn’t easy to just pick 10! Put on your stretchy pants…you’re going to want to try them all! If you’re looking for a quick burger (or not), this is one of the best burger joints in Nashville. Gabby’s uses only grass fed beef. Their signature burger, The Gabby’s Burger w/Fries is Two burger patties and American cheese (on both patties of course). Not to mention, their fries are perfection. Be ready for a crowd because there are always people lined up to eat these burgers.

Spicy and messy, The Angry Dragon is loaded with avocado, a fried Willow Farms egg, and sprinkled with Sriracha.
The Crying Wolf, a bar located in East Nashville, is underrated for their burgers. Butchered and ground in house (not a lot of place can say that), their burgers are juicy and messy – the way it should be. Savor the flavor. The Wolf – BBQ, cheddar, caramelized onion, bacon. They are so juicy, you may run the risk of a soggy bottom, bun…but it’ll be worth it!
House-made buttermilk and benne seed bun, two Benton’s bacon-infused patties, American cheese, shaved white onions, a bread & butter pickle , and only if they are locally in season – lettuce and tomatoes. And a “special sauce” inspired by the classic secret sauces of burger extraordinaires like In-N-Out and Shake Shack. At Husk, there are some rules about what can go on the plate. “If it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door,” says Brock.
Burger Up has also become a Nashville staple. You can’t go wrong with any of their gourmet burgers. The Ramsey Pimento Cheese Burger is made with house made pimento cheese, iceberg, tomato, pickles, red onion, truffle aioli, benton’s bacon on jalapeño bun. Their sweet potato fries are shown above, but you must try their truffle fries, too!
Voted best burger year after year, The Pharmacy Burger and Beer Garden has an amazing selection of burgers that are very distinct. Their buns are really what the set them apart in addition to their delicious ingredients. If you want a classic burger, The classic Pharmacy Burger is great, but if you’r wanting to try something different, the Mission Burger has guacamole, pico de gallo, slow-cooked black beans, horchata creme fresca.
